Abstract:

PURPOSE: To measure plurality of fluids and facilitate operation without losing measurement precision even if the flow speed is high by providing first and second flow rate meters, first and second control valves, a digital controller, and a mixer.
CONSTITUTION: A first fluid (catalysis) is supplied over a count X, a first control valve 20 is closed upon the end of counting, and a second control valve 22 is opened. In this case, an excess supply equivalent to a count Z is supplied. At a count 'a' almost intermediate of a specified count supplied by a second fluid, the actual count (X+X) after a first fluid is supplied is referred by means of a digital controller 24, and the count against a second fluid required to obtain a standard mixture ratio of Y:X is calculated. Next, the controller 24 subtracts the count corresponding to the allowable error rate preset and calculates the target count according to the second fluid to be supplied. This target count is equivalent to a+b+c. Even if a flow speed is high and the standard mixture ratio is high, the standard mixture ratio is maintained by means of correction.
