Abstract:

To provide a method of improving the fluid measuring and distribution quantity of a meter system by utilizing velocity.

In order to improve efficiency of the meter system, this method is provided with a step for changing a fluid flow diagram in a part thereof to practically accelerate or decelerate velocity of a motor during a certain period of a meter cycle. A variable velocity pump for generating a velocity diagram having a sine wave can reduce flow-in by accelerating the pump motor velocity to accelerate the measuring and distributing velocity when starting and concluding a measuring and distributing step, and can generate a constant velocity flow by using the improved measuring and supply quantity accuracy or a motor velocity diagram inverted in relation to the motor velocity diagram of the variable velocity pump. Besides, home position of the variable velocity pump is shifted to generate the fluid velocity over the whole of a measuring and distribution part of a meter system cycle.
