Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a fluid pressure controller simple in structure which controls secondary pressure to a constant value by using an electric converter. CONSTITUTION:While a fluid is led from intake 11 to outlet 12 by way of valve body 14, its primary pressure P1 changes into secondary pressure P2. At the primary side of a fluid passage, diaphragm 15 is arranged and a force generating part needed to set secondary pressure consists of diaphragm 15 and an electric converter with connecting rod 20 connected to valve body 14. The electric converter is composed of magnet 16, yoke 17 and bobbin 19 with coil 18 arranged in a space formed of the magnet and yoke 17, and bobbin 19 and connecting rod 20 are fixed. Flowing a constant current through coil 18 holds constant secondary pressure at fluid outlet 12. This secondary pressure can freely be set by the current through coil 18.
