Abstract:
To provide a fluid pressure regulator capable of surely opening and closing a valve by surely detecting a pressure of liquid on a secondary side by a diaphragm even when a flow rate of the liquid delivered is small.
A flow resistance increase means 43 for increasing flow resistance of the liquid on the delivery side is provided in order to surely open and close the valve 36 by surely detecting the pressure of the liquid on the secondary side by the diaphragm 4 even when the flow rate of the liquid delivered is small.
