Abstract:
Provided is a fluidic device of a pump device or a waterpower device, capable of ensuring high liquid sealability and air sealability even that a through hole is formed on a bulkhead component arranged between an electromagnetic part and a fluid chamber. In the pump device (100), a holding component (5) of a plurality of fixing components (11) is provided with a barrel part (51) for accepting a sealing component, the barrel part (51) is provided with an annular space (80) between the bulkhead component (4) and a peripheral surface of a rotating shaft (7) on the side of an engine part (2), the annular space (80) is provided with a first annular sealing component (8) contacting with the peripheral surface of the rotating shaft (7) and an inner circumferential surface of the barrel part (51). Furthermore, a second annular sealing component (91) is arranged between the bulkhead component (4) and the holding component (5) on the peripheral side of the annular space (80).
