PURPOSE: To make the fluid flow direction and the magnetic line of force vector perpendicular to each other, apply the magnetic field to portions in the axial direction of a device, and improve the reforming effect of a fluid by arranging multipolar anisotropic circular magnets on a fluid feed path.
CONSTITUTION: Cover bodies 3, 5 are removably fitted at both ends of a cylindrical casing 1 respectively, and connecting pipes 4, 7 are provided on oil holes 2, 6 bored on the cover bodies 3, 5 respectively. An oil flow pipe 8 made of a nonmagnetic substance is arranged concentrically with the oil holes 2, 6 at the center section of the casing 1. Many circular magnets 23 are outwardly coupled with the oil flow pipe 8. The multipolar anisotropic property is applied to the inner peripheries of the circular magnets 23, and poles with the same polarity are adjacently faced to each other. When the fuel oil flows in the oil flow pipe 8, the magnetic field by the circular magnets 23 is applied perpendicularly to the axial direction of the oil flow pipe 8 over the whole axial direction, and oil molecules can be efficiently atomized.
