To provide a fluid transfer device wherein highly reliable disk-shaped elements are securely fixed to a wire without movement of the position of the elements attached onto the wire regardless of the wire material.

In a device for transferring fluids such as powder and liquid from a low place to a high place comprising: a loop type wire with disk-shaped elements 1 with the disk-shaped elements 4 being attached to a wire 2 protrudingly radially; upper and lower pulleys 25, 26 with which the wire with disk-shaped elements vertically runs over for winding around; an upper case 23 for housing the upper pulley; a lower case 21 for housing the lower pulley; and 2 sets of transfer cylinders 22a, 22b provided so as to communicate the upper case with the lower case: the fluid P supplied into the lower case is placed on the elevating disk-shaped elements and transferred to the upper case, and the disk-shaped elements are attached to include stators 3 inside which are securely fixed at intervals to the wire.
