Abstract:
To inexpensively provide a transport equipment for heating and transporting fluid food, for example, soybean milk, cow milk or the like, and increase the efficiency of the transportation with this equipment.
This liquid transporter is a cylinder 3 which is made of a tubular casing 2 partially or wholly equipped with the heating function. A screw type scraper 6 is installed in the tubular casing 2, and the inner peripheral wall of the tubular casing 2 is washed by the rotation of the scraper 6 and the liquid is forcibly flown in the casing 2.
