To provide a fluidity improving agent that reduces the melt viscosity of a vinyl chloride-based resin composition and maintains the mechanical strength of the vinyl chloride-based resin molded body.SOLUTION: A fluidity improving agent according to one aspect of the present invention contains a first polymer containing a vinyl cyanide-based compound and an aromatic vinyl-based compound and having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 100,000, and a second polymer covering the first polymer, containing an alkyl methacrylate and a vinyl-based compound, and having a Tg of 30 to 110°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
