Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in a heat recovering from a fluidized bed by a method wherein a combustion assisting air is fed in the horizontal direction or downward from a location of which the height is at the upper surface or higher of the fluidized bed at the time when the fluidized bed is under a stationary state.
SOLUTION: Among heat insulating layers 11, on the side wall forming an intermediate ceiling 15, and the side wall on the opposite side, a combustion assisting air nozzle 62 is provided. To the entrance end of an air heater, a combustion assisting air blower 60 is connected, and the exit end is connected to the combustion assisting air nozzle 62 through a piping, and the air being discharged from the combustion assisting air blower 60, is heated by a heat-exchange through the air heater, and is fed into a furnace from the combustion assisting air nozzle 62. The combustion assisting air nozzle 62 is provided at a location of which the height is slightly higher than a stationary fluidized bed surface, and feeds combustion assisting air diagonally downward at a depression angle α. This depression angle α and the installation height location of the combustion assisting air nozzle 62 are set in such a manner that the combustion assisting air may be fed from the combustion assisting air nozzle 62 toward the upper end part of the fluidized bed 12.
