PURPOSE: To heat a rubber molded product effectively by allowing a fluidized medium to be fluidized effectively by a method wherein a porous diffusing board which supports the fluidized medium and supplies hot blast to the fluidized medium is made into an inclined pore diameter-distributing structure in which a diameter is successively decreased toward a hot blast-blowing out direction.
CONSTITUTION: In a fluidized bed-heating bath, a wind-conducting passage 8A of a hot blast supplier 8 supplying hot blast is connected to a bottom wall 7, and a wave guide 11 of a microwave oscillator 10 radiating a microwave is connected to an upper part of a side wall 9. Further, a porous diffusing board 12 supports a fluidized medium 13, and supplies hot blast sent from the hot blast supplier 8 to the fluidized medium 13. As the fluidized medium 13, a solid or hollow powder at most equivalent in specific gravity to a rubber molded product 14 is used. The porous diffusing board 12 has an inclined pore diameter-distributing structure wherein a diameter is successively decreased toward a hot blast-blowing in direction. When the rubber molded product 14 is sent into the fluidized medium 13 like that, it is thoroughly wrapped in the fluidized medium 13, and can be uniformly effectively heated in a short time.
