Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fluidized bed type sludge incinerator, capable of unifying the combustion condition of the whole of a hearth, reducing the amount of air or fuel consumption and restraining the temperature rise of a free board to a high temperature due to the combustion of unburnt combustibles.
CONSTITUTION: A furnace main body 1 is provided with a ;plurality of sludge supplying port 7 at the upper part thereof. Respective sludge supplying ports 7 are provided with a sludge supplying amount control means and the supplying amount of sludge from respective sludge supplying ports 7 is controlled individually in accordance with a signal from a combustion temperature detecting means 5. According to this method, the combustion condition of the whole of a hearth can be unified.
