Abstract:
To provide a fluorescence detection device and fluorescence microscope that are capable of correcting a fading based on a spatial position in the field of view.
The fluorescence detection device and fluorescence microscope are configured to detect a fluorescent image of a sample generated by emitting excitation light to a sample dyed with fluoresce using an image detector. The fluorescent detection device is provided with means for correcting a fluorescent fading of the sample image for each of the positions of the sample image detected by the image detector in a position.
