Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a sealing part from being thermally damaged and unnecessarily large current from being carried by accumulating electrode scattered substance at the sealing part in which lead wires penetrated to make electricity flow.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of inner lead wires 3 are made to penetrate a sealing end part 2 of a light emitting tube 1 and a filament is set to bridge between the inside end parts of the inner lead wires. A recessed part 7 is formed at the base part of the inner lead wires 3 or between the inner lead wires 3. Since the recessed part is formed in the sealing material, electrode scattered substance are hardly accumulated and thus conductive routes are hardly formed between the inner lead wires.
