Title:
蛍光体及び発光装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6599230
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a nitride phosphor which is capable of emitting red light with high luminance; and a light emitting device which has achieved excellent color rendering properties and excellent luminous efficiency by using this nitride phosphor. A phosphor according to the present invention is characterized by having a plate-like shape that has an average particle diameter of from 1 μm to 30 μm (inclusive) and a thickness of not more than 1/3 of the average particle diameter, and by being represented by general formula M1aM2bM3cM4dNeOf, wherein: M1 represents one or more elements selected from among Eu and Ce; M2 represents one or more elements selected from among Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and Zn; M3 represents one or more elements selected from among Al, Ga, In and Sc; M4 represents one or more elements selected from among Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr and Hf, while essentially including Si; N represents nitrogen; O represents oxygen; and a-f satisfy 0.00001 ≤ a ≤ 0.15, a + b = 1, 0.5 ≤ c ≤ 1.5, 0.5 ≤ d ≤ 1.5, c + d = 2, 2.5 ≤ e ≤ 3.0 and 0 ≤ f ≤ 0.5.
