PURPOSE: To form excellent fluorescent screen, by excluding excessive coating solution and uniforming the coated film with high speed revolution taking the panel downward, after holding the panel upper tilt and coating te photo sensitive coating solution while low speed revolution.
CONSTITUTION: The panel is placed tilt upward so that the axis is within the range of angle of 150 to 180° taking the lower direction of axis as the basis, it is revolved with the number of revolution of 5 to 30 rpm, and the photo sensitive resin liquid is uniformly distibuted. Next, the revolution of the panel is stopped, and the panel is stopped, and the panel is tilted, and the excessive photosensitive resin is removed with self- weight with a slope. Further, it is revolved at the speed of 100 to 300 rpm, uniforming the coated film.
