Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compd. which is useful as pharmaceutics for the treatment of hyperproliferactive disorders of skin, cancer, leukemia and diseases in sebaceous glands.
CONSTITUTION: This compd. is expressed by formula I (R is H, OH or F; X is H2 or CH2), and for example, 26,26,26,27,27,27-hexafluoro-25-hydroxy-16-en-23- in-19-nor-chorecalciferol. The compd. of formula I is obtd., for example, by reacting a compd. expressed by formula II with a base such as n-butyl lithium and hexafluoroacetone to convert into a compd. expressed by formula III, then reacting the compd. of formula III with tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride, further reacting with pyridinium chromic chloride to obtain a compd. expressed by formula IV, and further reacting the compd. of formula IV with a compd. expressed by formula V (R" is H, OH or the like) and with n-butyl lithium.
