To provide a novel fluorine-containing compound and its manufacturing method.

The fluorine-containing compound is represented by formula (1) (wherein R1is hydrogen, a 1-8C linear or branched alkyl group, a phenyl group or a benzyl group, and the phenyl group and the benzyl group may have a substituent; R2, R3, R4, and R5are each hydrogen, a 1-8C linear or branched alkyl group, a 1-8C linear or branched alkoxy group, a phenyl group, a cyclohexyl group or a trialkylsilyloxy group, and the phenyl group and the cyclohexyl group may have a substituent, and R2and R3, R3and R4, R4and R5or R2and R5may be combined with each other to form a ring; and R6is fluorine or hydrogen).
