Abstract:

To provide a compound capable of forming a cured product having properties such as high-temperature heat resistance, flexibility, low glass transition temperature Tg, transparency and anti-thermal yellowing.

The fluorine containing compound is represented by the formula (1). In the formula (1), Rf presents an n-valent fluorinated hydrocarbon group, and n denotes an integer of 1 or more. R1 to R3 present hydrogen atom, 1-4C alkyl group, aryl group or group represented by the formula (2) to be equal to or be different from one another. In the formula (2), Ra to Re present hydrogen atom or 1-4C alkyl group, and m denotes an integer of 0 to 3.
