EXAMPLE: A compound expressed by formula III.

USE: Agricultural chemical, medical drug or an intermediate of said drugs.

PREPARATION: An imidoyl halide expressed by formula II (x is halogen) is reacted with a nucleophilic reagent in the presence of an inorganic base or organic base, or the compound expressed by formula II is reacted with an organic metallic compound to afford the compound expressed by formula I in high yield.
