Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (Rf is fluorine containing aliphatic group; R1 and R2 are H, aliphatic group, aromatic group, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl (alkylene and other component form ring); R3 is aromatic or aliphatic group).
USE: Useful as a modifying agent for antibiotics(e.g., β-lactam antibiotic).
PREPARATION: A novel 3,3,3-trifluoropropenylphenyl sulfoxide shown by the formula RhSCH=CHCF3 is reacted with a nucleophilic reagent shown by the formula II in a solvent such as tetrahydrofuran, etc., at -78W30°C to give a compound shown by the formula I.
