Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed dispersion (sol) liquid of fluorine resin fine particles and metal oxide fine particles excellent in operativity and workability in a coating step.SOLUTION: An aqueous fluorine resin-metal oxide mixed dispersion is obtained by mixing an aqueous dispersion of fluorine resin fine particles and any one metal oxide fine particle sol out of titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, lanthanum oxide, neodymium oxide, cerium oxide and tin oxide with a proper pH value, where the fluorine resin fine particles and the metal oxide fine particles float and are dispersed without causing coagulation settling, gelation/solidification and/or phase separation, and stably keeps a floating and dispersed state for 3 or more days when stored at room temperature, and a solid matter obtained by evaporation and scattering of a solvent from the fluorine resin-metal oxide mixed dispersion has a water contact angle of 130° or lower and surface resistivity of 2.0×10Ω/square or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
