After surface tension increasing treatment is applied to the surface of a hot-melt moldable fluoroplastic film 5 free from pinholes, the treated film 5 is bonded to a base belt 1. The hot-melt moldable fluoroplastic film 5 free from pinholes is pref. composed of a tetrafluoroethylene/ perfluoropropylene copolymer or an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.
