PURPOSE: To provide a heat-proof panel especially suitable for the wall surface arround a small kitchen range and excellent in cleaning properties, heat-proof properties, lightweight properties and spot execution properties.

CONSTITUTION: An aluminum plate 4 coated with a fluoroplastic film 5 is laminated to a honeycomb structural base material 21 constituted of a known non- combustible material. A tetrafluoroplastic resin (e.g. PFA, ETFE) is adapted to the fluoroplastic film 5. The fluoroplastic film 5 may be a transparent one, a transparent one on which a pattern is printed, a colored one or one on which a mark, a character or a slogan is printed. The printing of a pattern or a character can be applied to the aluminum plate 4 and an embossed pattern may be applied to the laminated surface with the fluoroplastic film 5. Therefore, a heat-proof plate excellent in cleaning properties and heat-proof properties, easily susceptible to cutting processing, excellent in spot execution properties and having high design effect is obtained.
