PURPOSE: To enable execution of high-efficiency deodorization through a deodorizing port situated in a position nearmost a utination and an evacuation position, by a method wherein the deodorizing port is formed in a position near a rise and fall toilet stool cover and the rim of a toilet stool body, and shifting to an optimum deodorizing port is effected according to the rise and fall action of the toilet stool cover.
CONSTITUTION: In a flush toilet stool A, a toilet stool cover 2 is mounted on the upper surface of a toilet stool body 1 so that it can rise and fall. A deodorizing chamber 1e is formed in a water feed chamber 1b communicated to a lower end water feed port 7a by means of a partition wall 1d. The deodorizing chamber 1e is communicated to the interior of the toilet stool body 1 through a deodorizing port 8 opened to the front wall of the rear of a rim water passage 1a. The deodorizing chamber is communicated to an exhaust pipe 9 communicated to a communicating port (f) formed in the upper wall of the rear part of the toilet stool body 1, so that an odor can be exhausted to the outside of a toilet D. In the toilet stool cover 2, a deodorizing flow passage 10 is formed in the annular hollow interior thereof, and a number of deodorizing ports 11 are formed in a bottom wall 2a with a distance between the adjoining deodorizing ports. Further, a communicating passage 12 communicated to the deodorizing port 8 communication with the toilet stool body 1 of which is disconnected in a falling state is formed in the rear part of the deodorizing passage 10. Shifting to an optimum deodorizing port is practicable.
