PURPOSE: To prevent waste of water, by providing an electrically actuating controller to stop water independently from an electrically actuating ordinary controller of flushing water for a toilet seat and forcibly close the valve mechanism when the water feeding controller is out of order or so.
CONSTITUTION: An electrically actuating controller 10 to stop water is provided independently from a water feeding controller 3 flushing water in a toilet seat 14 according to the input of flushing-start. And a latching valve 4 is provided in the flushing water feed pipe 13 to the toilet seat 14 and jointed to both water feeding controller 3 and water stopping controller 10. The flushing water is usually fed by the water feeding controller but the water is stopped by actuation of the water stopping controller 10 in the case of troubles in the water feeding controller 3. In this way, waste of water can be prevented.
