To provide a fluttering drive module which enables the application for various kind of housing bodies with different characters having flaps by making the flaps flutter by vibrating a vibration rod through a train of gears and an eccentric shaft and the center shaft of the flap inserted through the tip of the vibration rod with a coil spring as power source.

A function is performed to make flaps flutter through the combination of the oscillation of an oscillation rod through a gear train and an eccentric shaft and the center shaft of a flap inserted through the tip part of the oscillation rod. The flaps are linked in the shape of a hinge through the center shaft and the lower ends of shafts fixed on the respective flaps are inserted into bearing holes formed at the lower end part of a housing lid body and the individual flaps are fluttered on the shaft fixed on the flaps by following the oscillation of the center shaft of the flaps.
