Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a flux cleaning agent containing a specific chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbon as an active ingredient, having excellent cleaning and removing effect and exerting no bad influence upon a composite component consisting of metal, plastic and elastomer, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The aimed flux cleaning agent containing 3C unsaturated chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbon (preferred example) 1-chloro-2-fluoropropene, 2,3-dichloro-3,3-difluoropropene, 1,1-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, 1,2- dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, 1,3-dichloro-2,3,3-trifluoropropene, 3,3-dichloro-1,1,3- trifluoropropene or 3,3-dichloro-2,3-difluoropropene) as an active ingredient.
