Title:
FLUX-CORED WIRE FOR WELDING NI ALLOY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09314382
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a flux-cored wire for welding Ni alloy excellent in cracking resistance and improved in the welding workability.

The flux is filled in a metallic shell of Ni or Ni alloy, the flux filling ratio to the total weight of the wire is 10-30wt.%, and the wire has the composition consisting of, by weight, in terms of the metallic composition, 0.01-0.15% C, 0.1-2.0% Si, 0.2-8.0% Mn, 0.5-22.0% Cr, 0.01-22.0% Mo, ≤10% Fe, ≤5% Nb, and ≤5% W, and ≤0.010% P, ≤-0.010 S, ≤0.0030 B, and ≤2.0(10×[Si]+2×[Nb]+400×[P]+600×[S]+2000×[B])/(15×[C] +)2×[Mn]+[Mo]. ([Si], etc., are expressed by wt.%).
