Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove Na, K, Ca, Cl and SO3, etc., contained in fly ash by washing the fly ash with water at a washing tank, performing drying and granulation with a dry granulator, sintering the granulated product with a kiln furnace, and besides heating with a secondary combustion furnace according to circumferences.
CONSTITUTION: The fly ash treating device is provided with the washing tank 1 for washing the fly ash with water, the dry granulator 7 for performing drying and granulation of the fly ash after water washing and a kiln furnace 9 for sintering the granulated product.
