PURPOSE: To provide a flying object controller which can assure the robust stability.
CONSTITUTION: A flying object controller is provided with a device body response model 20, an adaptive control mechanism 30, an acceleration response gain controller 40 and a non-adaptive control mechanism 50. The model 20 includes a model acceleration response gain controller 21, a model acceleration controller 22, a model rate controller 23, a steering device model 24, a device body model 25 and then an inertia device model 26. The mechanism 50 includes an acceleration controller 2 and a rate controller 3, and the mechanism 30 includes an adder 31, a multiplier 32 and a parameter adjustor 33. Then the controller 40 inputs a signal that is obtained by subtracting the signal (n) received from an inertia device 7 of the flying object from the acceleration command (nC) given from a command generator 7 and outputs the obtained signal to the controller 2.
