To obtain the subject foam capable of readily performing a curing treatment and manifesting effects such as excellence in controllability of the cohesive power, adhesive strength, or the like, by forming a tacky layer comprising a curing treated layer of a tacky agent containing a specific liquid rubber and a specified polyisocyanate as components on a foam.

This foam is obtained by forming a tacky layer comprising a curing treated layer of a tacky agent containing (A) a liquid rubber having ≥1.2 hydroxyl groups based on one molecule (preferably a hydrogenated material, or the like, of polyisoprene or polybutadiene) and (B) a polyisocyanate having ≥2 isocyanate groups based on one molecule as at least components on a foam. The application of the tacky layer to the foam is preferably carried out by a method for coating a sheetlike foam with the tacky agent and then performing the curing treatment thereof. A tacky agent having 1.1-3.5 compounding ratio of the components A to B is preferably used. Thereby, the thick-film coating is readily carried out and wide uses in various kinds of applications can be expected.
