Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a foam mold and a foam molding method enabling foam molded products having different thicknesses by making use of the same mold.
CONSTITUTION: One or a plurality an opening 73 with of platelike spacers 70 which possess substantially an identical form with a form of the bottom of a cavity to be formed by a male mold and female mold with a form of the bottom of a male mold projection are fixed on the bottom plate 62 of the inside of the male mold 60. A female mold is put upon that under that condition and filling of foamable resin and foam molding are performed. Therefore, foam molded products having different thickness from each other can be obtained easily by making use of the same mold and a production cost is reduced.
