This foamable laminate is formed with a polyethylene resin layer (I) comprising a polyethylene resin composition (X) foamed by gas released from a base material by heating, on at least one face of the base material comprising mainly paper, and the polyethylene resin composition (X) comprises 95-5 wt.% of high-pressure radical polymerization method polyethylene resin (A), and 5-95 wt.% of ion polymerization method polyethylene resin (B) having long chain branching.
