To provide a foamed laminate for microwave oven cooking which exhibits excellent heat insulation and foaming appearance, and does not cause a blister when performing microwave oven cooking.
The foamed laminate for microwave oven cooking includes an (A)-layer/a substrate layer/a (B)-layer, the (B)-layer being a foamed layer where the (A)-layer comprises polyethylene-based resin (a) having density measured according to JIS K6922-1(1997) of 935 kg/m3 to 970 kg/m3, the (B)-layer comprises high pressure method low density polyethylene (b) having density measured according to JIS K6922-1(1997) of 910 to 930 kg/m3 and satisfies the following conditions (i) to (ii): (i) the thickness of the (B)-layer after foaming is 200 μm or larger, and (ii) the ratio of the thickness (μm) of the (B)-layer after foaming to the thickness (μm) of the (B)-layer before foaming is 5 to 12.
