To provide a foamed laminate which shows heat insulation properties owing to a thick foamed layer, and has excellent smoothness of the surface of the foamed layer and a good appearance of foam.

The laminate includes at least a layer (A), a layer (B), and a substrate layer. The layer (A) consists of a foam made of a polyethylene resin (A), and the layer (B) consists of a foam made of a high-pressure-production low-density polyethylene (B). The laminate meets the following conditions: (a) the melting temperature of the polyethylene resin (A) is higher than that of the high-pressure-production low-density polyethylene (B); and (b) the layer (A) has a thickness of 1-12 m.
