To provide a foamed sheet with an adhesive layer, obtained by laminating the adhesive layer formed out of an emulsion-type aqueous adhesive on a sheet-shaped foamed base material comprising various kinds of materials exemplified by EPDM, having excellent adhesion to the base material, and maintaining the adhesive strength even after being soaked in water.

The foamed sheet with the adhesive layer comprises the emulsion-shaped adhesive containing (2) an acrylic polymer-containing composition emulsion obtained by polymerizing (1) a monomer-containing composition emulsion containing 6-30 pts.wt. of (B) a stickiness-imparting resin containing ≥60 wt.% of a rosin-based stickiness-imparting resin, 0.2-1.5 pts.wt. of (C) a nonreactive surfactant, and water based on 100 pts.wt. of (A) a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer forming a polymer having ≤0°C glass transition temperature and consisting essentially of a (meth)acrylic ester, and the sheet-shaped foamed base material.
