PURPOSE: To early detach a supply nozzle of resin and to shorten a molding cycle by interrupting the interval of both a product shaping part and an after mixer by a blocking means provided to the liner part of the inside of a cavity and performing expansion molding.
CONSTITUTION: Introduced resin liquid is mixed by an after mixer 6 to completely mix the resin liquid. When a specified amount is filled into a product shaping part 12, a pressure pin 13 is projected to the inside of a horizontal runner part 11a. Thereby a skin 7 is held up and pushed toward the nested box 8a of a runner to block the horizontal runner part 11a. Therefore, even when the internal pressure is raised, such a hindrance is not caused that the resin liquid in the cavity 4 is leaked out from a resin introducing part 5. Moreover, it can be avoided that the resin liquid bad in the mixing state enters from the after mixer 6 side. Further, since a sliding mechanism is not used for a blocking means, adhesion of the sliding part is not caused. The supply nozzle of resin liquid can be early detached and a molding cycle is shortened and also molding quality is enhanced.
