Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to combine an ultrasonic diagnostic instrument and an ultrasonic therapeutic instrument, by tracking the track of a target mark up to the present focus position and adjusting the plane scanned by an ultrasonic wave transmitter/receiver so as to pass the focus of the ultrasonic wave generator.
SOLUTION: A position signal transmitter 11 is equipped on an ultrasonic therapeutic instrument 12 and the position of a transmitter/receiver outputted by the position signal transmitter 11 is supplied as a position signal to a control unit 13. A video signal 17 is inputted from an ultrasonic diagnostic instrument 14 into the control unit 13 and the video signal 17 is aligned with the position of a target mark to compensate the focus position of the ultrasonic transmitter 11 or the instrument 12 to display it as a target cross 19 on a screen 20 of a monitor 15. At that time, the control unit 13 is equipped distant from the instrument 12 and used properly combined with a marketed ultrasonic diagnostic instrument.
