Abstract:
To provide a foil bearing device capable of preventing an axial shift of the inner peripheral side of foil.
The foil bearing device is provided with a rotating shaft 2, a bearing inner ring 3 press-fitted to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 2, the foil 4 arranged at the outer periphery of the bearing inner ring 3 and a bearing outer ring 5 provided at the outer periphery of the foil 4. A pair of foil shift regulating parts 6, 7 for regulating the axial shift of the inner peripheral side 4a of the foil 4 are provided in the bearing inner ring 3.
