Abstract:
To provide a foil transfer device that can prevent a foil from being transferred to a selected region of a sheet on which an image has been printed.SOLUTION: Provided is a foil transfer device 300 including: a foil transfer unit 302 that transfers a foil to an image printed on a sheet; and a control unit 221 that, on the sheet on which the image has been printed, selects a region to which the foil is to be transferred and a region to which the foil is not to be transferred, and controls the foil transfer unit 302 to transfer the foil to the region to which the foil is to be transferred, and not to transfer the foil to the region to which the foil is not to be transferred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
