Abstract:
To provide a foldable chair having a simple and elegant external appearance, where quality such as capability of securing silence in seat expansion is improved.SOLUTION: A leg device 2 has left and right leg frame bodies 7. The leg frame bodies 7 have four legs having horizontal upper frames 6, and the left and right upper frames 6 have their rear parts coupled by a beam material 8. A seat 1 comprises an outer shell 20 coupled to the beam material 8 via a support bracket 29. Cover members 16 that are long in front/back directions are mounted on the upper frames 6; contact members 26 that are made of soft material and are to be mounted on the cover members 16 are provided on left and right side parts of the outer shell 20. Because the cover members 16 can buffer impact at the time of falling rotation of the seat 1, damage of the upper frames 6 and generation of impact sound can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
