A fulcrum 4 is provided at a needle mounting part, and then a needle 1 of a vertical state to a mounting surface of the needle can become a parallel sate with the mounting surface. Further, a leaf spring 2 having springness is associated to hold the needle having the fulcrum in parallel with the mounting surface of the needle. To set the needle perpendicular to the mounting surface of the needle, a series of operations in the case of using the drawing pin is conducted.
