A clearance is provided between leg parts 3A and 3B and the leg side supporting bracket 1 is freely slidably clamped in the clearance, tightened, fixed and positioned by a fixing bolt 5 inserted to a fixing oblong hole 30 perforated at a tip part and a tightening nut 6.
