A lower case 110 with a lower circuit board 140 provided therein and an upper case 120 with an upper circuit board 150 provided therein are freely connected so as to be turnable via a hinge 130 having conductivity approximately in parallel with a back part 125. The first circuit board 140 and the hinge 130 are electrically connected by a connecting sheet metal 160. The connecting sheet metal 160 is disposed in the upper case 120 and has a contact part 161 connected to the upper circuit board 150, a bent part 163 extending from the contact part 161 and bent along the outer circumference of the hinge 130, and a spring contact part 165 which is energized while being protruded and abutted from an extending direction side portion of the bent part 163 to the outer circumference of the hinge 130. An energizing direction of the spring contact part 165 crosses a direction vertical to both a shaft 133 of the hinge 130 and the upper circuit board 150.
