To provide a foldable storage shelf which does not require power to lift the shelf when stored and is switched between a use state and a storage state by a simple operation.

A storage type draining shelf 1 is provided with arms 2 each connected to a body to be attached in such a way that one end part of the arm is freely turnable between a horizontal direction and a downward direction with a turning shaft as a center and the shelf 3 for draining freely turnably connected to the other end part of each arm 2 to be folded by the arm 2, and is stored in the body to be attached when the shelf 3 for draining is folded and the arm 2 is in the state of being in the horizontal direction. The storage type draining shelf 1 is provided with an arm energizing means for energizing the arm 2 so as to turn to the horizontal direction, a locking means for locking the arm 2 turned to the downward direction and a lock releasing means for releasing the locking means.
