PURPOSE: To obtain a folding and bending device for laminate sheets, which is capable of folding laminate sheets without causing wrinkles on the central portion of the sheet by rotatably providing a receiving plate, a pressing plate, and a subpressing part to a movable frame.

CONSTITUTION: Under a condition that a receiving plate 11 is held horizontally and a pressing plate 13 and a subpressing part 20 are held vertically, a laminated sheet is placed on the receiving plate 11 of a movable frame 10. The subpressing part 20 is then turned 180° at the (ii) axial line 22 and pressed on the receiving plate 11 while pulling the laminate sheet toward both-side directions by its tip, and the plate 13 is turned 90° at the second pivot shaft 18 to press the laminate sheet on the plate 11. The plate 11 is then erected at the (iii) first pivota shaft 19 as the center, the laminate sheet is folded into VWU-shaped form, and moved with the (iv) movable frame 10 into the exterior tube zone for insertion.
