To fold and hold a foldable folding sheet while maintaining good appearance quality, to collect a plurality of items to be collected on the unfolded folding sheet, to enable a plurality of collected items to be displayed by keeping the folding sheet in an unfolded state.SOLUTION: A folding collection book 1 includes: a foldable folding sheet 2 that is folded into a substantially rectangular unit sheet portion 2a; and a pair of substantially rectangular covering materials 3 and 4 that are respectively fixed to the unit sheet portion 2a located in the lowermost layer and the uppermost layer of the folded folding sheet 2 and made of a material larger than the vertical and horizontal outer dimensions of the unit sheet portion 2a and having higher bending rigidity than the folding sheet 2. When the folding sheet 2 is folded, any one of the covering materials 3 has an extension portion 5 connected via a bending portion 6 having the width dimension equal to or more than the total value of the thickness of the folded folding sheet 2 and the thickness of the other covering material 4 to at least one side of the covering material 3 and extending to cover the other covering material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
