Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding device in which a web of a thin and hard material and a slippery material can reliably be folded in a precise folding position and be stacked, and provide a stack of the food cooking sheets as well as a stack manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A folding device includes: two cutter rolls 3, 3' provided with cutter blades 31,31 to cut a web W; cutter anvils 411, 411 ' provided so as to confront each of the cutter rolls 3, 3' and confront each other, and shearing each other through the cutter blades 31, 31' and the web W to form cut pieces 42, 42'; and a pair of left and right folding rolls 4, 4' for forming folded parts 41, 41' by pushing the cutter anvils 411, 411 ' in the cut pieces 42, 42' while containing the front and rear cut pieces 42, 42', and having grippers 412, 412 ' for gripping the folded parts 41, 41'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
