Abstract:
To provide a folding door that can maintain a proper form.SOLUTION: In a folding door 10, a first sash 16 on a hanging base side and a second sash 18 on a door edge side are foldably connected by an intermediate hinge 22 at their joining parts 20. A protrusion 60 is provided between an inner peripheral side depth surface of a hanging frame 28 and a portion below a center height of each header of a first upper frame 32 and a first lower frame 34. The protrusion 60 is provided between an inner peripheral side depth surface of a door edge frame 42 and a portion below a center height of each header of a second upper frame 46 and a second lower frame 48. The protrusion 60 is provided on an inner peripheral side depth surface of a first joining frame 30 and on a portion above the center height of each header of the first upper frame 32 and the first lower frame 34. The protrusion 60 is provided on an inner circumferential side depth surface of a second joining frame 44 and on a portion above the center height of each header of the second upper frame 46 and the second lower frame 48.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
